Calendar System

The calendar system in use today was first developed during the reign of the Atlaneians and is based on some pretty precise mathematical calculations and exhaustive study of the heavens.

1 year is equivalent to 10 months, 40 weeks, or 400 days.

1 month is equivalent to 4 weeks or 40 days.

1 week is equivalent to 10 days or 240 hours.

1 day is equivalent to 24 hours or 1440 minutes.

1 hour is equivalent to 60 minutes or 3600 seconds.

1 minute is equivalent to 60 seconds.

The months of the year are as followes: Whitefall, Dunmorrow, Winterebb, Solclaim, Verdance, Midsummer, Harvestgain, Leafblight, Bleaktide, Yearwane.

A week is called a “Tenday.” Each day of the week is called by it’s number in the sequence of the tenday with the suffix of “-day” added to the end. For instance, “Oneday, Twoday, Threeday, Fourday, Fiveday, etc.”

Because of the slight difference in the length of a Neveraeli year versus an Earth year, characters within the setting are slightly older (physically) than their stated age would otherwise indicate. Keep this in mind.

For reference sake, this campaign began on Twoday, Solclaim the 12th of the year 1223 M.E.
